Crew

Description

Available/Full

Corn Sale

Cook corn and sell it to people who will love you. The crew is responsible for getting the corn and all cooking supplies.

Available

First Aid

Be there for when things go wrong. First aid training is a must.

Available

Floater

When something needs to get done, we'll call on you. That might be schlepping gear for performers or helping kitchen staff get the meals out. You're willing to do anything to help.

Available

Green Team (Grounds)

The Green Team sets the eco-friendly tone for the festival - energetic, smiling volunteers inspiring festival goers to reduce their ecological footprint and to think "green". Yes, you are dealing with garbage, recycling and waste management, but you are having fun doing it!

Available

Hospitality/Kitchen

Preparing food for performers and volunteers. Two big meals (breakfast & dinner) and snacks throughout the day. Everyone will love you because you feed them.

Available

Info Booth/Emporium

The emporium is the place to buy CDs & other merchandise. You'll be handling cash and dealing with inventory. The Info Booth is the place people go to for information, so you'd have to be a know-it-all.

Available

Instrument Lock Up

Check (by use of sign in/out sheet) performer instruments into our secure area and guard it with your life!

Available

Kid's Town

Run activities in the children's area to keep the little ones engaged, happy and safe. Police check may be required.

Available

Performer Services & Transportation (Internal/External)

Driving the golf cart on festival grounds to assist performers and their gear getting to stages/their camp site. Possibly driving performers to & from the Belvedere Tavern on Saturday night. Willing to be on call. Having your own vehicle is super helpful.

Available

Photography

Take photographic records of the festival. Walk around with your camera, be unintrusive and work with the rest of the crew to have the festival covered.

Available

Security & Parking

Security = peacekeepers. With a smile on your face, you'll be making sure everyone is having a great, safe time. You'll be walking the grounds, back to the campsites and being there to help the festival run smoothly. For Parking, make sure people are parking in the right places, keeping firelanes and exits clear.

Available

Set Up and Tear Down (Site Construction)

Putting up tents and tarps before the festival and taking them down after the festival. Making sure that the site is ready for the festival to happen there, and ready for Eaglewood to use it once we're gone. Stage maintenance, building repair and other carpentry work. Must be handy with tools. It's best if you can bring your own tools.

Available

Sound/Stage/Lighting

Be at one of the three stages to help with sound set up, placing microphones, and doing whatever the stage manager asks you to do. The performances are the front line of the festival, so you get to help make sure they happen smoothly.

Available

Ticket Sales/Front Gate

You get to meet everyone when they arrive at the festival. You'll collect and sell tickets and hand out packages to performers and other VIPs. You'll be handling cash and wearing your sunny disposition while keeping the gate traffic moving.

Available

Once you’re ready to proceed, head over to the Volunteer Registration Page.
