YOUR SPONSORSHIP IS NEEDED
As a non-profit volunteer-based arts organization, the Eaglewood Folk Festival depends on community-spirited businesses and individuals for financial support.  We are seeking corporate sponsors to provide funding at various levels. In-kind donations are also welcomed.

Feature Sponsor: $1000 each Stand out as the key supporter of one of five high profile areas:
Green Sponsor $1000: Through demonstration and practice, we hope to inspire festival goers to reduce their ecological footprint and to integrate green thinking into their daily lives.  Sponsorship enables us to provide solar lighting, fund our recycling and garbage program, provide bulk drinking water (to eliminate plastic water bottles) and hire facilitators to lead environmental workshops.

Artistic Sponsor $1000: Over 25 concerts, and 20 workshops on three stages over the three-day festival. Children’s performers entertain and provide activities for kids on Saturday and Sunday, including a parade. Sponsorship helps to pay production costs of the annual festival compilation CD and the Children’s Program.

Volunteer Sponsor $1000: The festival could not function without help from over 100 volunteers – the lifeblood of the event. Volunteers are highly visible everywhere, helping to build a remarkable festival and positive experience for all.   Sponsorship enables us to print up special volunteer T-shirts, provide on-site signage, printing of 1000 programs.

Hospitality Sponsor $1000: The Eaglewood Folk Festival has a reputation for healthy and delicious homemade food, enjoyed by over 150 artists and volunteers. Sponsorship enables us to purchase materials for preparing and serving meals, snacks and refreshments over the course of the three-day festival and during set-up and take down.

Site Sponsor $1000: It takes many helping hands and supplies to make the stages and grounds ready and safe for over 1000 festival goers. Sponsorship enables us to purchase proper materials needed for effective set-up of three stages, professional light and sound, workshop area, parking, food vendor area, sun/rain shelter, portable toilets, etc.
