HOW TO GET THERE
The Eaglewood Folk Festival is located at 9715 Morning Glory Rd., Pefferlaw, Ontario L0E 1N0, just 75 km. Northeast of Toronto and less than 15 minutes East of Sutton.

By Car:
From downtown Toronto:
- Take the DVP/404 North to Newmarket
- Take Davis Drive (exit 51) east to Highway 48
- Turn left (north) at Highway 48 North for about 33km
- Turn right (south) at Weir’s Sideroad
- Turn left (east) at Morning Glory Road
- Arrive at Eaglewood Resort (9715 Morning Glory Rd)
From Pickering/Ajax/Whitby:
- Take the 401 to Salem Rd (exit 404)
- Turn left on Salem Rd, go North to Kingston Rd
- Turn right on Kingston Rd, going East to Lake Ridge Rd (Durham Road 23)
- Turn left (north) at Lake Ridge Rd (Durham Road 23) and go North for around 45km till you hit the stop sign at Valentyne
- Turn left at the stop sign and continue on Durham Road 23 for around 10km to Pefferlaw Rd (flashing light)
- Turn left (west) at Pefferlaw Rd (York Road 21), go through Pefferlaw and over the train tracks to Morning Glory Road
- Turn left (west) at Morning Glory Road
- Arrive at Eaglewood Resort (9715 Morning Glory Rd)
From towns near Highway 48:
- Drive North on Highway 48, past Sutton, past Sibbald Point Park, through the town of Virginia
- Turn right (south) at Weir’s Sideroad
- Turn left (east) at Morning Glory Road
- Arrive at Eaglewood Resort (9715 Morning Glory Rd)
By Bus:
For those who live in Toronto without a car, bike, truck or friends with same, GO Transit serves the area with fairly regular buses service. It’s a two-leg trip – one bus takes you to Newmarket, and the second takes to right to Pefferlaw and drops you off very close to the site. There are several buses from Toronto to Newmarket leaving from York Mills (Mon – Fri), York University (Mon – Fri), Union Station (All days) and Yorkdale (Mon – Fri). Here’s the Schedule Information for the Newmarket to Pefferlaw leg of the trip. If you are taking the bus, please let us know when you’re arriving and we can arrange for a shuttle to pick you up. It’s about a 1.5km distance from the regular bus stop to the site. If you have a lot of gear, you could try asking the bus driver to drop you off at Morning Glory Road, then you’re only about 500m from the site.




Eaglewood is fully wheelchair accessible, including washrooms and campgrounds.
