Vendors & Artisans

This page is for Food and Crafter Vendors interested in participating in this year’s Eaglewood Folk Festival. We are expecting in excess of 1500 attendees, many of whom appreciate and support independent, niche businesses like yours. 

For Artisans, we have approximately 18 booth sites – 10 tarp-covered sites around 10′ x 10′ in size. Or, you may set up your own tent (approx. 10′ x 10′).  We have space for eight food booths, trailers or tents, whatever you bring to set-up your food station. Site preference goes to returning vendors and those who send in their completed contract with money early. Each vendor receives access to electricity. You may camp over (free) and you and your booth assistant(s) receive free Festival admission. Please no generators!
